PROCESS COMMUNICATION MODEL
What if you could better steer your communication, motivation, and influence—just by paying attention to what’s already observable in yourself and others?
Boost your communication, your influence, and your energy with PCM
PCM (Process Communication Model ) is more than just a communication tool. It’s a concrete and proven method to better understand yourself, decode interactions, and act more effectively - even under pressure.

Through observable and actionable behaviors, PCM helps you adjust your communication style, anticipate tension, fuel motivation… and build relationships that are more fluid, authentic, and effective.

Whether you’re a leader or an individual contributor, PCM helps you to:
-
Strengthen your self-awareness to interact more effectively and influence positively
-
Communicate with greater clarity and impact
-
Better understand what motivates you (and what drains your energy)
-
Collaborate more smoothly, even during challenging moments

WHY PCM?
A scientifically grounded model born from applied psychology.
PCM was developed in the 1970s by clinical psychologist Dr. Taibi Kahler, building on the foundations of Transactional Analysis created by Eric Berne.

His research on behavioral patterns caught the attention of NASA, which invited him to collaborate on developing the model to help select and train astronauts.

This partnership enabled large-scale scientific validation of the model and paved the way for its application far beyond space missions.

Today, over 1.5 million people have completed the PCM questionnaire across 50+ countries. It is used in leadership, conflict management, coaching, education—and of course, teamwork.
