LEARNING AND GROWING TOGETHER

Created in Quebec by Adrien Payette and Claude Champagne, Professional CoDevelopment (Peer Learning Groups) is a simple yet powerful method for mobilizing collective intelligence, grounded in real-world situations. In a structured, supportive environment, participants:

  • Share a concrete challenge

  • Clarify the situation and request together

  • Cross-reference ideas, experiences, and perspectives

  • Leave with immediately actionable takeaways

HOW IT WORKS

  • Groups of 6 to 8 participants - cross-functional, cross-site, or same hierarchical level

  • Sessions every 4 to 6 weeks, in person

  • 3 hours per session, facilitated by a certified professional

  • A dynamic, 6-step structured methodology

  • A cycle of 6 to 8 sessions, tailored to your needs
